The WAA has launched it’s Web Analytics Championship. It’s an opportunity for Web Analysts to have some “analytical fun”, share their knowledge, and get a big prize! Dive into the data via the Google Analytics account and see what insights you can come up with.

First prize is an eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit pass including hotel expenses (nice) and submissions will be judged by Avinash Kaushik, Neil Mason, June Dershewitz (three of the nicest people in the WA space).

Thanks for blogging about the Championship, Scott! As a judge I can’t wait to see all of the great entries we’re sure to get.

Also, I’ve just noticed the “Join the WAA” blurb in your blog’s sidebar. Maybe I’m more inclined to see these things now that the WAA has become so much of a focus for me. Anyway I’m glad to see it there. Thanks for being such an involved member. 🙂
